Nordhagen, the current Mayor of Thief River Falls, has been endorsed by District #1 Republicans and made if official – filing as the GOP Candidate to face off against incumbent Democrat; Senator LeRoy Stumpf, this November.
Also filing in Pennington County; Commission District #1, incumbent Don Jensen who faces a challenge from Anthony Rubishko, both filing last week – also filing for office; Skip Swanson the incumbent in District #5 and Cody Hempel, the incumbent in District #2 – the District #2 election being forced mid-term by redistricting this year.
Filings for County and State Office close next Tuesday, June 5th ..
