A third day of filings brought another candidate into the mix yesterday.

At Thief River Falls City Hall, incumbent Ken Schmalz, #1119 East Greenwood Street, filed Thursday afternoon for re-election to his position as Alderman at Large.

Schmalz is joined by Mayoral Candidate, Jerry Unruh and Jerald Brown, a candidate for Alderman in Ward #4, now held by incumbent Conrad Holten.

On the Thief River Falls Board of Education, incumbents Josh Witlow and Misty Hempel have filed for three open spots on the Thief River Falls Board of Education along with former Thief River Falls Radio News Director, Chris Melbye.
