(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild were eliminated from the NHL playoffs on Saturday following a 4-3 loss to the Blues in St. Paul. Magnus Paajarvi scored the winning goal in overtime for St. Louis. Blues coach Mike Yeo coach was fired by Minnesota in February 2016.

(Minneapolis, MN) — Kyle Gibson got chased as the Tigers tagged the Twins, 13-4, at Target Field. Gibson gave up eight hits and seven runs over two-and-two-thirds innings to fall to 0-and-3. Eddie Rosario and Max Kepler homered for Minnesota, which has lost six of its past seven games.

(Arlington, TX) — The Twins open a six-game road trip tonight, starting with a three-game series against the Texas Rangers. Phil Hughes gets the start against Martin Perez. The Twins will also visit Kansas City on the trip. First pitch tonight is at 7:05 p.m.

(Philadelphia, PA) — The 2017 NFL Draft is less than a week away. The three-day affair begins with round one on Thursday, rounds two and three on Friday, and the final four rounds on Saturday. The Vikings do not have a first-round pick this year after trading it to Philadelphia to acquire Sam Bradford.
