(Minneapolis, MN)  –  Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is being cleared to practice.  Multiple outlets report the Vikings signal caller can begin practicing.  The team will have three weeks to decide whether he will be added to the active roster or remain on the physically unable to perform list for the rest of the year.  Bridgewater has been out more than 13 months with a dislocated left knee and torn ACL.

(Minneapolis, MN)  –  The Vikings are back to work preparing for their showdown with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday at US Bank Stadium.  The Vikes have won back-to-back division games over the Bears and Packers to move atop the NFC North at 4-and-2.  The Ravens sit at 3-and-3.

(San Antonio, TX)  –  The Timberwolves open up the regular season tomorrow night in San Antonio against Spurs.  The Wolves home opener is Friday against Utah.  Minnesota sports a new-look lineup with Jimmy Butler, Taj Gibson and Jeff Teague all joining Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins.

(St. Paul, MN)  –  The Wild are off the ice until Friday when they begin a two-game road trip in Winnipeg.  They will then visit Calgary Saturday before returning home.  The Wild sit at 1-1-and-2 after their 5-4 overtime loss to Columbus this past Saturday.

(Minneapolis, MN)  –  The Golden Gophers are gearing up for Illinois.  Minnesota will host the Fighting Illini on Saturday at TCF Bank Stadium.  The Gophers have lost three in-a-row to begin Big Ten play after starting the season 3-and-0.
