Thermal Imaging Survey Being Conducted in Warren Area 23 Oct 17

Minnesota Green Corp, an extension of America Corp, in conjunction with the State Pollution Control Agency will hold a Town Hall Public Meeting concerning interest in a thermal imaging survey being conducted in the Warren area.

Andrew Boucher with Minnesota Green Corps says his office is working in conjunction with Northland Community and Technical College’s Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Program, using drone technology and thermal imaging to determine how a building is losing heat through inadequate roofing, insulation, doors and windows.

Boucher says the UAV team captures 20 to 30 vantage point images of the structure to help determine how to make buildings more energy efficient.

Anyone interested in attending the event, free and open to the public, are invited to the Warren Community Center, Wednesday October 25th, at 7PM.
