(Green Bay, WI)  –  With some help, the Vikings can lock up a first-round bye on Saturday when they visit the Packers.  If Minnesota beats Green Bay and Carolina loses to Tampa Bay, the Vikings will clinch the bye.  At 11-and-3, Minnesota has a chance to reach 12 wins for the first time since 2009, when it advanced to the NFC Championship Game.

(Denver, CO)  –  Karl-Anthony Towns scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Timberwolves pull away in the fourth quarter for a 112-104 win at the Pepsi Center.  Jimmy Butler chipped in with 25 points for the T’Wolves, who have won two-straight and five of their last seven.  Minnesota is fourth in the Western Conference at 19-and-13 and visits Phoenix on Saturday.

 (Sunrise, FL)  –  The Minnesota Wild play the third of a four-game road trip tomorrow as they visit the Florida Panthers.  The Wild beat the Senators on Wednesday to improve to 18-13-and-3.  The trip wraps up Saturday with a road game at Tampa Bay.  The Wild play their next home game next Wednesday versus Dallas.

(Minneapolis, MN)  –  Minnesota is back from a 10-day break as it hosts Oral Roberts tonight.  The Golden Gophers are 9-and-3 and beat Drake last Monday its last time out.  Tip-off is at 7 p.m. from Williams Arena.  The Gophers are back in action Saturday to hose Florida Atlantic.
