(Philadelphia, PA)  –  The Eagles crushed the Vikings 38-7 in the NFC Championship Game at Lincoln Financial Field behind a masterful performance from quarterback Nick Foles.  Patrick Robinson returned a Case Keenum interception 50 yards for a score that tied the game at seven and Philly never looked back.  Keenum also threw another pick and lost a fumble to give him three turnovers on the day.  It’s the sixth time Minnesota has lost in the conference title game since they last made the Super Bowl in 1976.  The Vikes also missed out on being the first team to play a home Super Bowl game.

(Undated)  –  The match-up for Super Bowl 52 is set.  The Philadelphia Eagles will face the New England Patriots on February 4th at U.S. Bank Stadium.  The Patriots edged the Jaguars, 24-20 in the AFC Championship game in Foxboro.  This match-up is a rematch of Super Bowl 39, which the Patriots won, 24-21. 

(Los Angeles, CA)  –  The Timberwolves hit the road tonight as they visit the L.A. Clippers.  Minnesota is 30-and-18 on the season and has won six of their past eight games.  Tonight’s match-up begins a three-game road trip for the T’wolves, who will also visit the Blazers and Warriors.  Tip-off from L.A. is at 9:30 p.m.

(Saint Paul, MN)  –  The Wild return to action tonight as they host the Ottawa Senators.  Minnesota is 25-17-and-5 on the season and has won three-of-its-past four games.  Ottawa enters at 15-20-and-9.  The puck drops at 7 p.m.

(Minneapolis, MN)  –  The Twins may not be finished building their team for 2018.  Multiple reports state Minnesota is pursuing free agent starter Yu Darvish.  The 30-year-old was 10-and-12 last season with a 3.86 ERA for the Rangers and Dodgers.
(Minneapolis, MN)  –  Minnesota returns to action tomorrow as it hosts Northwestern.  The Gophers fell to Ohio State, 67-49, on Saturday in New York.  Minnesota is 14-and-8 overall on the season and 3-and-6 in the Big Ten.
